3. When 45 minutes has passed after drinking water, you can now eat and drink normally.

4. After 15 minutes of every meal, don’t drink or eat for 2 hours.

Note: For those who cannot drink 22 ounces of water at once particularly older and sick people, start with just one glass. Then, as you do it more often, increase the amount of water until you’ll be able to consume 22 ounces (4 glasses) of water at once.
