What Is Gluten and Is It Worth Eating A Gluten-Free Diet?

Gluten, gluten sensitivity, celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity are among the huge topic these days. This also led to a new market for gluten-free foods, which accounts up to $3.42 billion and projected to reach up to $23.9 billion by 2020 according to Statista.
