Meditation has been known to have positive changes in cellular and molecular level according to several studies.

One trial was carried out in Australia at the Royal Hospital for Women where researchers used a particular method of meditation called Sahaja Meditation on children with ADD(Attention Deficit Disorder).

The result of the trial led to positive outcomes and Dr. Ramesh Manocha is convinced it would also work in children with ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). The details of the study can be found on the paper published below.
